My Giant Cupcakes have really taken off! I have had so many orders for them I am having trouble keeping up with my posting; but they are fun to make and everyone loves them. Here are a few pictures of the cupcakes.

Those are amazing looking! I have a giant cupcake pan too. May I ask what the bottom portion of the cupcake is? Did you use frosting or fondant?

I've only used my giant cupcake pan a few times and still trying to find the knack for it...
I'm curious, too, about what youre using on the bottom bit. is it paper?? fondant? i use a rolled out fondant but have yet to get results so smooth like yours!
